Brown County Old Time Tractor Pullers Association Tractor Rules and Requirements
- Tractor must be 1959 or older or continued production
- Tractor must have a 3″ hook ring or a 3′ twisted clevis.
- Maximum draw bar height is 20″.
- Point of pull is to be 18″ minimum from the center of the rear axel.
- drawbars must be stationary in all directions. If PTO drags, it must be covered.
- No TURBO CHARGERS or HORSEPOWER increasing injection equipment allowed.
- Tractors must have stock block manifold, carbs, lp, and/or diesel equipment.
- The allowable increased horsepower can be no higher than 33% of stock.
- Tractor must have a working PTO.
- The allowable increased engine RPM is no more than 10% of stock, If found to be over you will be DISQUALIFIED in that class and any previous class pulled that day.
- Tractor must have a working GOVERNOR. No overriding of the governor allowed.
- Hood and grill must be in place to resemble original tractor.
- No removing of original equipment on the day of the pull. IE: Fenders, Battery, ETC.
- No radial tires, chains, duals, tracks or track type tractors. No steel wheels.
- Front tires and rims must appear stock.
- No cutting of tires allowed.
- Weights cannot extend more than 24″ in front of the tractor.
- 3 Point hitches with weights on must be chained up.
- Weight classes and maximum weight and tire requirements are as follows.
- 2700 150 sq. in.
- 3200 150 sq. in.
- 3700 170 sq. in.
- 4500 170 sq. in.
- 5500 230 sq. in.
- 6500 265 sq. in.
- 7500 300 sq. in
- 8500 300 sq. in.
- 10000 390 sq. in
