Brown County Old Time Tractor Pullers Association Points Championship

REVISED* May and November 2015

  • *Annual Membership Dues are to be paid by the day of the regular meeting held in May each year to be eligible for Season Points.
  • * Member Pullers will be awarded Points each time they pull in a BCOTTPA conducted points pull. Non-members will not be awarded points.
  • Points will be awarded in the following manner

            A. 5 points for show (register)

           B. 1 point for each tractor driven by paid member competing in a class.

*Example: Class A has 5 tractors competing: 1st place would be 10 points, 5th place would be 6 points.

  • Points will accumulate for each class the tractor pulls in. At the end of the season the points will be totaled and a season championship will be awarded for each class.
  • The points are awarded to the TRACTOR and NOT to the DRIVER.
  • A tractor once registered will keep the show points even if equipment failure, pull being rained out, etc.

          A. A tractor disqualified for speeding, weight falling off, intentional bouncing, or going out of bounds will keep show points.

         B. A tractor having mechanical problems and cannot continue will keep show points for all classes registered unless the driver asks for a refund, than all show points will be lost.

        C. A tractor disqualified for illegal equipment (RPM, drawbar, tires, weight, horsepower, etc.) will lose all points for that class as well as all prior classes. However, if tractor can become compliant with the rule by the next class it is registered in , it will keep all points earned fpr that class and any additional classes it is registered in. Judges will determines compliance.

  • The Secretary and Vice President of the BCOTTPA shall keep the official tally of all points
  • Only Members of the BCOTTPA will be eligable for season points. You must be a member for the entire season.
